Swimming for Keeping Fit

Swimming for keeping fit should swim at least 3 times a week and swim about 30 minutes/time,We can swim any stroke swim 50%speed;For beginner start swim 2 minutes then rest 1 minute and swim again if feel not well should stop,increase week by week until can do 30 minutes.Have a nice swimming!arjun
