Swim in cool season

   To swim in cool season at first we should come into the pool slowly by legs stayed about 1-2 minutes then let our body in the pool slowly too,start slowly make our body adjust temperature change safety,if we jump into the pool might easy got fever because our body can not adjust in very fast time;
How long we should swim in cool water?
Normally 30 minutes is enough for swimming in cool season.
    One more thing Wet Suit can help us protect cold feeling,Choose fit (tight)wet suit is better.
