How to go into the pool in cool day?


At first let your leg touch water an stay about 1 minute the your hip 1 minute then body,this is the good way to let your body adjust to keep body change not so fast,we will not feel very cold and keep happy to swim,I use to see some people jump into the swimming pool immediately I think it not quite good way because we might easy got fever.
