Basic Kicking Techniques

  • Sometime I teach beginner kids, They do not know how to kick properly, The right way to kick are as follows:
  • Straight leg kick
  • kick from thigh 
  • bend knees relax while kicking
  • Toe in kick
  • Make sound when kick
  • Keep body and legs flat to water
